Cogs / Cogs for Netbook through Humble Bundle?

I've bough the game through The Humble Bundle, it looks great on the video but I could not try it because my systems can not run it.
I saw that there is a netbook edition, is there a way I can get it?
I think it's great that you have nice graphics but I also think you should consider allowing the player to reduce the graphics quality and be able to play the game on machines with less power. For what I saw in the video the game would be great fun even without all the nice graphics.
